Job summary

ComForCare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to leverage clinical knowledge without direct bedside care, conducting non-clinical in-home assessments and coordinating care for clients and families. The role centers on conversation, observation, documentation, and planning to support non-medical caregiving teams.

This position is for a Registered Nurse who wants to continue using their clinical knowledge without providing direct or physical patient care.

The RN in this role completes in-home visits by talking with clients and families, review health history, and develop clear, practical care plans for non-medical in-home caregivers to follow.
