Position Details

Registered Nurse. Night shift available – three 12‑hour shifts per week. Facility: Western Virginia Regional Jail, Salem, VA. Pay: up to $50.00/hr. Sign‑on bonus: $10,000 – Night Shift Only.

Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse in our facility, you’ll do more than care for patients—you’ll lead, teach, and advocate. Working closely with healthcare and correctional staff, you’ll assess physical/mental health needs, administer medications, and guide treatment plans from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in supporting patient education, making timely referrals, and helping maintain safety and standards across unit. Whether you’re managing medications, mentoring staff, or responding to a crisis, your skills will make a real impact every day.

What You’ll Need
