Wexford Health Sources is seeking a Registered Nurse for Southern Regional Jail in Beaver, WV. You will lead, teach, and advocate while assessing health needs, administering medications, and guiding treatment plans from start to finish.

You’ll play a key role in patient education, timely referrals, and safety across the unit, making a meaningful daily impact in a correctional setting.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted RN license in state of practice.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience; correctional experience preferred.
• Active CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high-pressure settings.
• Compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care.
