Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital Network (NRHN) is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered nursing care in a rehabilitation environment. You will assess, plan, implement, and document care under the supervision of the Nursing Supervisor, following NRHN policies and state regulations.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, active NH licensure, and biennial BLS Healthcare Provider CPR certification.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed and registered as a professional nurse in the State of New Hampshire.
• Trained and certified biennially in BLS Healthcare Provider Level CPR.

• Perform assigned nursing duties in accordance with NRHN policies, procedures and standards of care.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care for an assigned patient population.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, state regulations, and standards of rehabilitation practice.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for performing assigned duties in accordance with NRHN policies, procedures, and standards of care while supporting the organization’s mission, values, and commitment to quality outcomes.

• Under the general direction of the Nursing Supervisor the registered nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation of nursing care for an assigned patient population.
• The registered nurse is accountable to perform in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, New Hampshire state regulations, the standards of rehabilitation practice established by the American Nurses Association and the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses and Standards of Clinical Practice, established by American Nurses Association.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed and registered as a professional nurse in the State of New Hampshire.
• Trained and certified biennially in BLS Healthcare Provider Level CPR.
