DOCS Health in Oregon seeks a Registered Nurse contractor to support military health readiness on weekends under the RHRP. This independent role partners with US Army Reserve, ANG, and other branches, providing health assessments and care in fixed-clinic, mobile, or telemedicine deployments.

You will review medical histories, interview service members, document findings, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Formación

• Completion of an Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited registered nursing program.
• Certification: CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Unrestricted RN license in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Provide health assessments and review health histories for service members.
• Interview service members to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Document interview results in the medical record using the proprietary system.
• Identify and address immediate concerns, including Behavioral Health, as needed.

Attention all Registered Nurses, we are calling you to partner with us as independent contractors providing services to our Military Service members.

We primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in the State of Oregon on an "as needed basis".

We Provide Health Readiness Services To Meet The Medical And Dental Requirements To Maintain a Deployable Military Force For The Following:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify any concerns that need to be addressed immediately, inclusive of Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record using the proprietary system.

Requirements

• Completion of an Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited registered nursing program.
• Certification: Possess a minimum of CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
• State Licensure: Must hold an unrestricted license in a state, territory, or Commonwealth of the United States.
