DOCS Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join as an independent contractor for weekend-based deployments in Idaho, supporting military service members in readiness assessments. The role requires nursing licensure in good standing, CPR/BLS certifications, and 2+ years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities include evaluating health histories, reviewing records, interviewing service members, and documenting readiness classifications in our system.

Formación

• Completion of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited registered nursing program.
• Certification: CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support).
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
• State Licensure: Must hold an unrestricted RN license in the United States.
• Resilience: ability to handle high-stress situations; Communication: strong written and verbal skills; Team Player: collaborative attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify any concerns that need immediate attention, including Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record using the proprietary system.

Attention all Registered Nurses, we are calling you to partner with us as independent contractors providing services to our Military Service members.

We primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in the State of Idaho on an "as needed basis".

We Provide Health Readiness Services To Meet The Medical And Dental Requirements To Maintain a Deployable Military Force For The Following:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.

• Identify any concerns that need to be addressed immediately, inclusive of Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record using the proprietary system.

Requirements

• Completion of an Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited registered nursing program.
• Certification: Possess a minimum of CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
• State Licensure: Must hold an unrestricted license in a state, territory, or Commonwealth of the United States.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, team members, and the public.
