Job summary

Quality Talent Group is assisting in the placement of a Registered Nurse for a historic regional health network in Pennsylvania. The role supports both full-time and part-time schedules with day and night shifts across multiple units.

The RN will deliver patient care per physician plans, perform assessments, educate patients and families, assist surgeons, and maintain sterile technique in a safe environment. Active PA RN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Active RN license in the state of practice (PA).
• Knowledge of patient education techniques.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to patient care assignments.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care based on physician treatment plans.
• Perform patient assessments and communicate changes to the care team.
• Provide patient and caregiver education.
• Assist physicians during surgical procedures.
• Perform circulating and scrub functions.
• Maintain sterile technique and a safe surgical environment.
