Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a hospital network with a rich 125+ year legacy of patient-centered care. The role involves delivering patient care per physician plans, performing assessments, educating patients and caregivers, and assisting surgeons in the operating room.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care based on physician treatment plans.
• Perform patient assessments and communicate changes to the care team.
• Provide patient and caregiver education.
• Assist physicians during surgical procedures.
• Perform circulating and scrub functions.
• Maintain sterile technique and a safe surgical environment.
