Responsibilities include providing information about services to potential Hospice of the South Shore patients and admitting patients to the hospice service, as part of the interdisciplinary team under the supervision of the Director and Nurse Manager.

Qualifications include advanced clinical and assessment skills, pain management experience, critical thinking, multi-tasking, excellent communication, team or autonomous work ability, flexibility, attention to detail, documentation skills, IV therapy, computer skills, end-of-life care, and teaching skills, aligned with the hospice philosophy.
