Job summary

Patapsco Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing facility team in Randallstown, MD. The ideal candidate is organized, capable of leadership, and dedicated to high-quality patient care.

This full-time role offers flexible shifts, PTO, overtime pay, growth opportunities, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include monitoring residents’ health, collaborating with physicians on care plans, maintaining accurate charts, supervising GNAs and LPNs, and

Qualifications

• Current state nursing licensure.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• In-depth knowledge of nursing care methods and health and safety guidelines.
• Responsible and compassionate with outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Experience supervising GNAs and LPNs in a nursing home setting.

Responsibilities

• Observe and monitor residents’ health and assess their needs to provide quality care.
• Work with physicians to create individual care plans and assist them during required operations or procedures.
• Maintain complete healthcare records and reports.
• Supervise, manage, and train GNAs and LPNs on staff.
• Perform routine procedures as needed, including administering medication and injections, and provide emergency medical care when necessary.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the facility.
