Resorts at Pooler in Georgia is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to residents in a premier nursing home.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, develop individualized care plans, administer medications, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. A Georgia RN license and BLS are required; new graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Resorts at Pooler, a premier Nursing Home dedicated to providing exceptional care and comfort to our residents. As a Registered Nurse at our facility, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, and upholding our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, identifying and addressing potential health risks
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care, medications, and treatments
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, implementing changes to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Collaborate with our dietary team to develop and implement nutritional plans tailored to individual resident needs
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, as well as our facility's policies and procedures

Requirements

• Current Georgia Registered Nurse license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a long-term care setting (new graduates welcome to apply!)
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents, as well as perform tasks that require reaching, bending, and standing for long periods
