We are a local, independent, non-profit agency providing programs and services to meet the diverse needs of more than 30 surrounding communities in central and northern New Hampshire. Through the support of more than 50 employees and volunteers, the organization touches lives in a variety of ways: helping clients return home comfortably after surgery, strengthening someone's knee through physical therapy, or supporting families with advanced illness at home.

Certifications/Qualifications:
Current NH Registered Nurse license.
Valid Driver's License and insured vehicle.
Ability to work independently.
Self-motivated and well organized.
Willingness to travel in all types of weather conditions.
Must have excellent critical thinking and assessment skills.
Skills that are implemented on a regular basis are wound care, Foley catheter insertion and removal, PICC line and IV dressing changes, wound vacuum dressing changes, ostomy/ileostomy management, venipunctures and pleurex cath drainage
LNA supervision
Minimum of one year professional nursing experience,

Standard shift: Day shift
Supplemental schedule: On call
Weekly schedule: Monday to Friday,Rotating weekends
Education: Associate degree or higher in nursing
Experience: Minimum of one year professional nursing experience,
