Job summary

Squirrel Hill Wellness and Rehab Center in Pittsburgh is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to lead and deliver high-quality care in a long-term and rehabilitative setting. You will assess residents, implement plans of care, and supervise nursing staff under the Nurse Practice Act.

Shifts Available:

• Supervisor shifts available
• Full-time, 8-hour shifts: 5 days per week with rotating weekends

What is your role?

• Lead the way using the Nurse Practice Act, LH Standards, Policies and Procedures, and sound nursing judgment
• Delivers nursing care to residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care
• Assesses residents, makes observations, and reports pertinent information related to the resident's care
• Implements the resident plan of care and evaluates the resident response
• Directs and supervises care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations
