Job summary

Progressive Quality Care Inc is seeking compassionate Floor Nurses to provide direct, resident-centered care in our Ohio facilities. You will implement individualized care plans, monitor residents, and collaborate with a supportive care team to maintain quality outcomes.

Qualified candidates hold a current RN license in the state, CPR certification, and preferably one year of long‑term care experience. We offer a team‑oriented environment and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or equivalent).
• One year of long‑term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care based on individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document resident conditions and responses.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Supervise nursing assistants and collaborate with care teams.
• Participate in care planning and assessments.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure regulatory compliance.
