Job summary

St. Mark Village, located in Palm Harbor, FL, is seeking an RN for skilled nursing to join a compassionate team. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts with competitive hourly wages and shift differentials.

You will provide comprehensive patient care and coordinate with the medical team in a supportive, inclusive environment. Qualifications include a Florida RN license, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience. A negative drug test is required.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and ambulation
• Monitor residents' conditions, report concerns to medical staff, and maintain accurate records
• Supervise nonprofessional staff, coordinate care plans with the medical team, oversee inventory, and communicate with residents' families
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and post-mortem care as needed

What You'll Need

• Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License (required)
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to produce a negative drug test
