Job summary

Interim HealthCare of NE Florida is hiring Home Health Registered Nurses (RN) to deliver one-on-one in-home care in Volusia County. You’ll assess patients, coordinate with physicians, and supervise LPNs and aides while supporting discharge planning.

The role offers a base salary of $80,000–$100,000 with potential bonuses, mileage reimbursement, on-call pay, and a range of employee benefits. A Florida RN license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active Florida RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health.
• Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.
• Strong communication skills and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based care to patients in Volusia County and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with physicians and supervise LPNs, CNAs, and aides providing patient care.
• Assess patients, document progress, and report changes to the physician.
• Educate patients on plan of care, medications, therapy, diet, and exercise.
• Coach family members on the plan of care, medication, and home safety.
• Ensure goals are met and coordinate discharge from services.
