Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our in-home care team in Illinois. You will perform skilled nursing visits at patients' homes, focusing on high-quality care and patient comfort. Strong communication with families and care teams is essential to success.

The role requires a current nursing license, at least 1 year of experience, and the ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs. A valid driver's license and background check are also required.

Qualifications

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing.
• 1 year of nursing experience required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Driver's license/transportation and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled visits and in-home nursing care to patients.

• Coordinate with care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
