Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Huntington is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will supervise care, assess patients, and tailor care plans to support recovery, while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license required by state regulations.
• Current CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their needs to aid recovery.
