Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our rehabilitation team, providing patient-centered care and leading assessments to guide recovery. You will work with advanced technology to tailor plans and support each patient’s rehabilitation goals while building strong relationships with patients and their families.

You will collaborate with therapy and hospital departments to ensure cohesive, high-quality care and mentor other staff, celebrating milestones along the way.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and deliver direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, assisting with complex patient needs and inquiries.
