Job summary

Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a dedicated and personable Registered Nurse RN to provide compassionate home health care to patients and families in and around Butler, with typical hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm; some evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

New higher rates based on experience and certifications; benefits include health/dental/vision/life insurance, 403(b) with employer match, company car or mileage reimbursement, PTO and paid holidays, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Graduate of state-approved school with course in pharmacology.
• Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and drive a vehicle with insurance limits as established by the state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, and families.
• Treatments, IV starts, Chest Tube Management, and Wound care.
• Educating and empowering patients and families on managing their health conditions and building confidence in self-care.
• Utilizing strong clinical assessment skills to monitor patient conditions and identify changes.
