Location: Fort Worth (North Richland Hills), TX
Status: Full-Time (30 hours per week)
Clinic Hours: Mon-Thur 8:30am-6pm, Fri-Sat 8:30am-5pm
Position Summary
With our continued growth and success, we are excited to hire a full-time RN to join our dynamic treatment team in Fort Worth (North Richland Hills), TX. Our company is medically-based, so as the RN, you will help our clients achieve the aesthetic results they’ve always wanted while providing them with excellent patient care.

- Perform all laser hair removal treatments within Milan Laser established treatment protocols and procedures
- Educate patients on laser hair removal process and pre/post treatment care recommendations
- Work autonomously with clients to achieve their medical or aesthetic hair free goals
- Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve company goals
- Provide a friendly and comfortable environment by delivering world class patient care
- Record clear and accurate medical documentation in patients EMR on a tablet device
- Ensure a professional clean work environment; to include prepping the treatment room in between patients
- Clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure proper functionality
- Collaborate with Clinical Support Nurse and Medical Management Specialists, as needed, regarding patient treatment plans
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Out of state travel for training may be required
- Passionate about providing excellent patient care
- Ability to work full-time, including rotating Saturdays.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Be able to stand for up to 9 hours a day
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Be able to visually assess the client’s skin and use visual abilities while operating the laser
- Be able to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms)
- Full-time benefits eligibility beginning at 24 hours per week
