Registered Nurse II (RN) – PreOp Specials

Work location: Texas Health Southlake – 1545 E Southlake Blvd, Southlake, TX 76092
Work hours: 3- 10 hour shifts (30 hours a week). Monday through Friday, rotating days. No weekends, no holidays. No call
Preop Specials Department Highlights
- Surgical specialty hospital with six operating rooms - ortho, ortho spine, general, GYN, plastics, ENT, podiatry, Xi robot cases.

Here’s What You Need
- Nursing Diploma required or
- Associate’s degree in Nursing required or
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
- 1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program is required
- Texas RN - Registered Nurse required upon hire and
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support (prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly) required upon hire and
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required within 90 days of hire and
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support required within 90 days of hire
- A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
