Job summary

Quality Talent Group is assisting a major Ohio healthcare system in finding an Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role with flexible day and night shifts.

The position includes direct patient care in acute and rehab settings, telemetry monitoring, IV therapy, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Ohio RN license required; BLS certification within 90 days; sign-on bonus available up to $10,000 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Active RN license in Ohio.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
BLS (AHA) certification required or obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in acute care and rehab settings.
Perform telemetry and cardiac monitoring.
Administer IV medications, blood products, and pain management therapies.
Conduct neurological assessments and patient/family education.
Support mobility, transfers, wound care, and rehabilitation goals.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.
