Job summary

A healthcare provider in Noblesville, Indiana seeks a Nurse to support patients in an outpatient dialysis center. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant difference in patients' lives, with no prior dialysis experience needed, as training will be provided. Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana.
• No dialysis experience required; willing to train.
• Previous ICU, Critical Care, Emergency Room experience is a plus.
• You must be comfortable working 3-4 days per week, 10-14 hours per shift; no on call required!
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana
• ADN from accredited school; BSN; three-year diploma may be substituted for nursing degree
• Previous ICU/CCU/ER/Medical-Surgical or dialysis experience is a plus!

• Build long-term relationships with patients and families.
• Provide care to patients with complex needs.
• Oversee patient observations with support from PCTs.
• Oversee a group of patients with support from PCTs for observations and metrics.
• Work with head, heart and hands daily in a fast-paced environment.

DaVita is seeking a Nurse who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center. You can make an exceptional difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

Some requirements for this position:

• No Dialysis experience is required! - We WILL train!
• Paid training available for the first 10 weeks.
• Float to various clinics on an as needed basis.
• You must be comfortable working 3-4 days per week, 10-14 hours per shift - no on call required!
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana
• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
• Previous Intensive Care Unit, Critical Care Unit, Emergency Room, Medical Surgical, or previous dialysis experience is a plus!

• Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
• Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine set up.
• You will work with your head, heart and hands each day in a fast paced environment.
