Job summary

A leading healthcare provider is hiring a Registered Nurse in Indianapolis to deliver patient care in an outpatient setting. The role involves building relationships with patients and their families, supporting a positive team environment, and ensuring comprehensive care. Training is provided, and the position offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• No previous dialysis experience required, training will be provided.
• Previous ICU or Emergency Room experience is a plus.
• Must be licensed in the state of Indiana.
• Comfortable working 3–4 days per week, 10–14 hour shifts.
• Experience in ICU/CCU/ER/Med-Surg or prior dialysis experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with patients and their families.
• Support positive team environment and deliver comprehensive care.
• Monitor patients and assist in conducting health observations.
• Oversee a group of patients with support of PCTs to conduct observations, stats and machine setup.
• Work with head, heart and hands each day in a fast paced environment.

Some requirements for this position:

• No Dialysis experience is required! - We WILL train!
• Paid training available for the first 10 weeks.
• Float to various clinics to support patients across the Greater Indianapolis area - mileage compensation provided.
• You must be comfortable working 3-4 days per week, 10-14 hours per shift - no on call required!
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana
• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
• Previous Intensive Care Unit, Critical Care Unit, Emergency Room, Medical Surgical, or previous dialysis experience is a plus!
