Job summary

Catholic Guardian Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Unaccompanied Minors Program. You will ensure medical and dental care for children and advocate for their health needs during a critical time in their lives.

This role offers a mission-driven, structured environment away from hospital shifts, with opportunities to impact vulnerable youth, collaborate with a dedicated team, and contribute to their long-term well-being.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (NYS).
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (or higher preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (pediatrics preferred).
• Malpractice insurance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor medical and dental care for youth in the program.
• Ensure compliance with NYC and NYS health regulations.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to support overall well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in our Unaccompanied Minors Program, you will play a vital role in ensuring children receive the medical and dental care they need during a critical time in their lives.

You won’t just treat patients, you’ll advocate, support, and guide them.
