RadNet is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our patient-centered imaging centers. You will administer injections, monitor post-procedure patients, draw labs, and uphold HIPAA and patient privacy while delivering compassionate care.

The ideal candidate holds a valid RN license, ACLS certification, and an Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing. You thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly with patients and colleagues, and maintain professionalism at all times.

Formación

• Current and appropriate state license to practice as an RN.
• ACLS certification must be current and valid.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.

Responsabilidades

• Administer injections and monitor patients during/post administration.
• Administer post-biopsy vital sign checks where applicable.
• Access central lines/ports, initiate IV access.
• Draw lab specimens peripherally or via central line.
• Assist with hypersensitivity reactions; provide preliminary exam and vital signs in the event of accident/injury at the center.
• Safeguards patient property and Patient Health Information.
• Safeguards on-site medications in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Demonstrates professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Respects patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during interactions.
• Interacts diplomatically with patients, families, and the public in a clinical setting.
• Establishes, nurtures, and maintains cooperative working relationships.

You Will:

• Administer injections and monitor patients during/post administration.
• Administer post-biopsy vital sign checks on patients where applicable.

• Assist with Hypersensitivity Reactions; provide preliminary exam and vital signs in the event of accident/injury at the center.
• Demonstrates competency regarding the need to safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information.
• Safeguards any on site medications in accordance with Company policies, procedures and any legal requirements.
• Demonstrates respect for company property, including any cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals.
• Is responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Demonstrates respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.
• Demonstrates ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting.
