Job summary

CENTER FOR SPINE JOINT AND NEUROMUS seeks a compassionate RN or LPN to join our busy interventional pain clinic in Mount Juliet, TN. You will assist physicians with procedures, perform direct patient care, and educate patients on post-procedure care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in state (required).
• BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred.
• Experience in pain management, orthopedics, interventional radiology, surgery center, or outpatient settings is strongly preferred.
• Excellent IV skills and comfort with procedural nursing.
• Strong communication and patient-centered focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with interventional pain procedures (injections, fluoroscopy-guided treatments, etc.).
• Provide direct patient care including assessments, vital signs, IV starts, medication administration, and recovery monitoring.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
• Prepare and maintain procedure rooms with sterile technique and infection control standards.
• Document patient interactions accurately in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, CMAs, and admin team in a high-volume setting.
• Support pre-op, intra-op, and post-op patient flow to keep clinic running efficiently.

We are a busy, state-of-the-art interventional pain clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients suffering from chronic pain. Our modern facility offers advanced procedures including spinal injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and comprehensive pain management solutions. Working closely to the physician and following to all 5 locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians with interventional pain procedures (injections, fluoroscopy-guided treatments, etc.)
• Provide direct patient care including assessments, vital signs, IV starts, medication administration, and recovery monitoring
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care
• Prepare and maintain procedure rooms with strict adherence to sterile technique and infection control standards
• Document patient interactions accurately in our electronic medical record system
• Collaborate closely with our physicians, medical assistants, and administrative team in a high-volume setting
• Support pre-op, intra-op, and post-op patient flow to keep the clinic running efficiently

Qualifications:
