Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide personalized, compassionate patient care in a rehabilitation setting. You will supervise treatments, conduct assessments, develop care plans, and address patient concerns to support recovery.

Lead patient care, foster recovery-focused relationships, and communicate effectively across departments while mentoring team members in complex patient needs. CPR/CRRN preferred; RN licensure required.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as per state requirements.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is advantageous.
