Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Tennessee seeks a Registered Nurse to supervise treatments, assess patients, and develop care plans in a rehabilitation setting. You will address patient concerns to support recovery and build strong relationships with patients and families.

Collaborating across departments, you’ll ensure coordinated care and assist staff with complex cases in a tech-enabled environment while delivering patient-centered care and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license and be eligible to practice.
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification and rehab nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
