Job summary

The Arc Western Montana in Missoula is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to support adults with developmental disabilities in a medical group home setting. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week and 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am, with a starting pay of $35.00/hour and a $1/hour night differential.

You will provide direct nursing care, perform health assessments, administer medications, and document care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Montana.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a medical group home setting.
• Conduct monthly health assessments and routine wellness checks.
• Administer medications and manage medical orders.
• Attend and support clients during medical appointments.
• Maintain clear and accurate electronic documentation.
• Support triage for clients in other group homes as needed.

Full-time Description The Arc Western Montana is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to support adults with developmental disabilities in a medical group home setting. This is a unique opportunity to step away from fast-paced clinical environments and provide meaningful care in a person-centered setting. As the RN, you’ll work closely with a small care team and have the time and autonomy to truly understand the needs of each individual you serve. This is a rewarding role that offers consistency, impact, and a supportive work culture. This is a full‑time position at 36 hours per week. We are currently hiring for our 3x12‑hour night shifts (7:00pm–7:00am).
