Yowei Therapeutics is seeking a California-licensed Registered Nurse to support protocol-driven clinical research and longevity programs under appropriate medical and site oversight.

The role involves protocol-driven assessments, administering medications, coordinating with investigators and staff, and ensuring compliance with training and privacy requirements. A strong RN with clinical research experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California RN license.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS or other certifications as required by procedures.
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in research, infusion, ambulatory care, oncology, endocrinology, wellness, or related setting.
• Strong assessment, documentation, participant communication, and escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct protocol- and scope-authorized participant assessments, visits, education, vital signs, and procedures.
• Administer medications or investigational products as authorized by law, protocol, and site procedures.
• Review visit readiness, orders, eligibility documentation, supplies, product availability, and required source documents.
• Identify and promptly elevate adverse events, safety concerns, deviations, abnormal findings, and participant questions to the appropriate clinician or study owner.
• Maintain accurate, timely source documentation in approved systems.
• Coordinate with investigators, NPs, CRCs, pharmacy, laboratories, sponsors, and participants.
• Support informed-consent discussions and verify consent documentation before procedures.
• Maintain training, licensure, certifications, privacy, infection-control, and emergency-readiness requirements.
• Support visit scheduling, data queries, and inspection readiness.

Yowei Therapeutics and Yowei Oncology are stealth-stage life-sciences companies working closely with CSBio to advance peptide-based clinical programs. Their work spans longevity and peptide therapeutics, clinical trials, evaluation of a 503A pharmacy model, personalized synthetic neoantigen peptide oncology programs, and supporting microbiology and laboratory capabilities. Together, they are building the clinical, pharmacy, data, laboratory, and operational infrastructure needed to responsibly translate peptide programs into patient-facing studies and services. Both companies expect to remain in stealth through Q1 2027.

CSBio is a peptide contract manufacturing founded in 1993. CSBio initial products were a complete line of automated synthesizers for manufacturing and process development, with a focus on cGMP production. In 1994, CSBio opened a custom peptide facility and began producing high quality compounds for research organizations and pharmaceutical companies worldwide. In 2004, CSBio opened a peptide production facility in Menlo Park, CA and in 2014, CSBio expanded production capability through the addition of a new, state of the art building dedicated to cGMP peptide production. In 2017, CSBio passed a FDA inspection and were recommended to be approved for commercial drug substance manufacturing. In 2023, additional cGMP clinical production capacity was added in Milpitas, CA.

Yowei Therapeutics is seeking a California Registered Nurse to support protocol-driven clinical research and longevity programs under appropriate medical, protocol, and site oversight.

Job Duties:

• Conduct protocol- and scope-authorized participant assessments, visits, education, vital signs, medication reconciliation, specimen collection, and clinical procedures.
• Administer medications or investigational products only when authorized by applicable law, protocol, orders, delegation, training, and site procedures.
• Review visit readiness, orders, eligibility documentation, supplies, product availability, emergency equipment, and required source documents.
• Identify and promptly elevate adverse events, safety concerns, protocol deviations, abnormal findings, and participant questions to the appropriate qualified clinician or study owner.
• Maintain accurate, timely source documentation and required entries in approved clinical and operational systems.
• Coordinate with investigators, NPs, CRCs, pharmacy, laboratories, imaging providers, sponsors, and participants.
• Support informed-consent discussions without replacing the investigator’s responsibilities and verify required consent documentation before procedures.
• Maintain training, competency, licensure, certifications, privacy, infection-control, and emergency-readiness requirements.
• Support visit scheduling, follow-up, data-query resolution, supply accountability, and inspection readiness.

• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in research, infusion, ambulatory care, oncology, endocrinology, wellness, or another relevant setting.

• Ability to work within protocol, licensure, delegation, privacy, and medical-governance boundaries.
