Job summary

Senior Helpers Parent Account in Melbourne, FL is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible weekday hours and occasional Start of Care visits to support seniors in their homes.

The RN will perform assessments, develop care plans, coordinate with physicians and families, educate on disease management and safety, and ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies.

Responsibilities

• Complete Start of Care assessments for home health and private duty clients
• Perform nursing assessments and supervisory visits
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and family members
• Educate clients and families regarding disease management and safety
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies
• Maintain timely and accurate electronic documentation
