Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health conditions and develop personalized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments efficiently and safely, as prescribed
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs and health status, reporting any changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment options, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations
• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in quality improvement initiatives

• Current and valid RN license
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting
