Job summary

360 Support Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse in Maryland to provide comprehensive patient care, assess clinical conditions, and develop individualized care plans. You will administer medications, monitor outcomes, and supervise supporting staff while educating patients and families on discharge instructions.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN or BSN with an active MBON or Compact license, BLS certification, and at least 1 year in acute care; ACLS is a plus, and residency programs welcome new grads.

Qualifications

• Active RN license from Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) or Compact RN license.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS preferred depending on unit.
• 1+ years of acute care or relevant clinical nursing experience preferred; new grads welcome in residency programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive direct patient care and develop/nvaluate nursing care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications (oral, IV, subcutaneous) and treatments.
• Supervise clinical support staff and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and monitor patient progress.

Job description

The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive direct patient care, develops and evaluates nursing care plans, administers medications, and supervises clinical support staff in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act.

Perform patient assessments, monitor clinical conditions, and interpret diagnostic results.Formulate, implement, and adjust individualized nursing care plans.Administer prescribed oral, IV, and subcutaneous medications and clinical treatments.Direct and delegate tasks to LPNs, CNAs, and other assistive personnel.Educate patients and family members regarding disease management and discharge instructions.Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

What we’re looking for

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse license from the Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) or a valid Multi-State Compact RN License.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred depending on unit.
• Experience: 1+ years of acute care or relevant clinical nursing experience preferred (new graduates welcome in residency programs).
