• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Oncology Nurse to join our fast-paced and supportive healthcare team. This role is crucial in providing quality care to our patients while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record patient vital signs, height, weight, allergies, and medication changes.
• Gather comprehensive patient histories and interpret laboratory results.
• Obtain blood specimens and support providers in creating and coordinating care plans.
• Implement and evaluate patient care plans while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Manage administrative tasks, including answering phone calls for referrals and scheduling patient tests, procedures, and hospital admissions.
• Schedule follow-up appointments to review test results.
• Perform general administrative duties such as typing, filing, faxing, and reception.
  
  

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nurse.
• 2 years of experience in Oncology.
• Valid Texas State Board of Nursing License.
  
  

Work Environment

• The work environment is dynamic and supportive, with a strong emphasis on team culture and collaboration. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $38.00/hr.
