Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a hospital network serving the community with a large team of physicians and nurses. The role offers day and night shifts with flexible scheduling and opportunities across multiple specialties.

You will provide direct nursing care, perform telemetry monitoring, administer medications, and educate patients and families while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support recovery and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio is required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program is required.
• BLS (AHA) certification must be current or obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in acute care and rehab settings.
• Perform telemetry and cardiac monitoring.
• Administer IV medications, blood products, and pain management therapies.
• Conduct neurological assessments and patient/family education.
• Support mobility, transfers, wound care, and rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.
