Premiere Healthcare Staffing seeks a Registered Nurse in Lynwood, CA for the Cath Lab. Assignment length is 12 weeks, with full-time days shifts. You will provide patient care around cardiac procedures and support the procedural team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates hold an RN license for California, current BCLS/ACLS, and at least one year CV Lab experience. Pay ranges weekly from $2,570.80 to $3,256.00 with compensation determined at hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after cardiac/vascular procedures.
• Attend to physical, psychosocial and emotional needs of patients in procedural areas.
• Monitor/hemodynamic and physiologic data; respond to changes promptly.
• Assist physicians during diagnostic/interventional procedures (catheterizations, pacemaker insertions, angioplasties).
• Prepare and maintain procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies for each case.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory/hospital standards.
• Participate in quality improvement to enhance patient safety and department operations.
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after cardiac and vascular procedures.

• Monitor and record hemodynamic and physiologic data, responding promptly to changes in patient condition.
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures, including cardiac catheterizations, pacemaker insertions, and angioplasties.
• Prepare, assess, and maintain procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies for each case.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all regulatory and hospital standards.
• Participate in performance improvement and quality assurance activities to enhance patient safety and departmental operations.
• Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

• Active state Registered Nursing (RN) License; required.
• Current BCLS, ACLS certificate upon hire required.
• One (1) year clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab doing cardiac work required.

Pay Transparency

Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $64.27 to $81.40. This compensation estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
