DayToDay Health in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise care, conduct patient assessments, and develop personalized care plans in a rehabilitation hospital setting.

You will build meaningful relationships with patients and families, collaborate across departments for coordinated care, support staff with complex cases, and pursue ongoing education to grow professionally in a dynamic post-acute care environment.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification (preferred).
• At least one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
