Job summary

Orbit Infusion Solutions is seeking an experienced Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to join as an Independent Contractor (1099) in California. You will provide one-on-one, patient-centered infusion care in patients' homes or infusion suites, with flexible scheduling and case selection to fit your availability.

Requirements include an active RN license (state or compact), current BLS, professional liability insurance, and 3–5 years of nursing experience, including infusion or critical care

Responsibilities

• Administer specialty infusion therapies in patients' homes and infusion suites.
• Start and maintain peripheral IV access.
• Assess patients before, during, and after infusion therapy.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and intervene appropriately.
• Provide patient and caregiver education.
• Collaborate with specialty pharmacies, physicians, and care teams.
• Deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered care.

As an Independent Contractor RN, you'll have the freedom to choose the cases that fit your schedule while providing one-on-one care to medically complex patients who truly value your expertise.

Compensation

$60 per hour, depending on therapy, location, and experience
