Job summary

Innovative Renal Care in Lexington, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time outpatient dialysis care. You will build lasting relationships with ESRD patients, deliver life-sustaining treatments, and contribute to a predictable daytime schedule with no overnight shifts.

The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for advancement into leadership tracks. A BSN or ADN with an active RN license and BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required or BSN equivalent.
• Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Meets all applicable state licensing requirements.
• Previous dialysis/ICU/CCU/ER/Med Surg experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-sustaining care to ESRD patients in outpatient dialysis.
• Build long-term patient relationships and support ongoing healthcare journeys.
• Contribute to a predictable daytime schedule with no overnight shifts.

Competitive Compensation

Salary Range:

• $35.00 - $55.00 / Compensation is based on nursing experience, dialysis experience, market conditions, and internal equity.

Work Experience

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
• Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
• Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.
