Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required; BSN; a 3-year diploma from an accredited program may substitute for a nursing degree.
• Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
• Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-sustaining care to ESRD patients and build long-term patient relationships.
• Deliver outpatient dialysis care within a predictable schedule and no overnight shifts.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Competitive Compensation

Salary Range:

• $35.00 - $55.00 / Compensation is based on nursing experience, dialysis experience, market conditions, and internal equity.

Work Experience

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
