Job summary

DaVita in Lancaster, PA is seeking a compassionate registered nurse to deliver dialysis treatments in an outpatient setting. You will monitor patient status, ensure safety, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to support patient wellbeing.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, CPR, and has 2+ years of experience with acutely ill patients. You will educate patients, manage time effectively, and participate in DaVita’s StarLearning training to advance your career.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation.
• 2+ years’ experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred).
• Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills.
• CNN certification a plus.

As a DaVita RN, you’ll ensure compassionate and professional delivery of all dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting, ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of your patients.
