Job summary

DaVita in El Paso, TX is seeking a dedicated RN to provide compassionate dialysis care in an outpatient setting. You will deliver treatments, monitor patient status, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and comfort.

The ideal candidate holds a current RN license for the state, CPR certification, basic EKG interpretation, and at least 2 years of experience with acutely ill patients (ICU/ER/Meds).

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation.
• 2+ years’ experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred).
• CNN certification a plus.
• Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills.
