The ideal candidate holds a Tennessee LPN license, a current driver2-license, and experience in critical care or home health nursing, with CPR

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients in their homes.

• Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate clients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all health regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing LPN license in the State of Tennessee
• Current valid driver's license
• Proven experience in critical care or home health nursing.
• Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with IV infusion and medication administration preferred.
• Knowledge of geriatric care practices is a plus.
