Job summary

V R Della Infotech Inc in Kansas City, KS seeks an experienced EP Lab Nurse for a 13-week contract. You will assist during ablation procedures, manage sedation, monitor hemodynamics, and support device implantations. Eligible candidates hold RCES/CCRN/CVRN and have experience with Carto, EnSite X, Affera or Opal systems. Biweekly payroll; orientation on Mon-Tues; training Wed-Fri.

Shift: 4x10 hour days; holidays not required; nicotine-free facility.

Qualifications

• Nurse with EP lab experience and sedation proficiency.
• Experience with ablation and device implantation procedures.
• Knowledge of Carto/EnSite X/Affera/Opal mapping.
• Valid cardiovascular specialty certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support EP lab team during ablation procedures.
• Monitor patients' vitals and administer IV medications.
• Assist in sample collection and specimen handling.
• Ensure sterile technique and equipment readiness.

Location: 4000 Cambridge Ave Kansas City, KS BR: BR before admin fee Class/Area: Registered Nurse | EP Lab Start Date: ASAP Ori Schedule: Mon-Tues: new employee orientation | Wednesday-Friday: Training on unit Non Billable Ori: 8 hours no billable orientation Contract Length: 13 weeks Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time): 4x10 hour days | Monday- Friday (days determined by staffing needs), late team in rotation with other staff. Weekend Requirement: none Holiday Requirement: Holidays not required: In the event of a holiday falls on scheduled workday, subsequent pay period will be reduced by holiday pay hours Floating Requirement: none On Call Requirement: none Experience Requirement: Proficient in nurse guided moderate sedation, administration of IV medications, monitoring of electric and hemodynamic parameters, assist in collection of venous and arterial blood samples. Proficient in circulating for all ablation procedures, both RF and PFA, laser lead extractions, LAAO, and all device implantations. Experience with Carto, Ensite X, Affera and Opal mapping systems. Experience Preferred: At least 2 years as an EP Lab Nurse New graduates accepted: no License and Certification Requirement: Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN), or Certified Cardiovascular Registered Nurse (CVRN) Client Specific Notes: Nicotine free facility |Client is allowed the cancelation of two shifts per month at no cost to the client and no pay to the employee.
