Job summary

Lincoln Healthcare Group is seeking compassionate RNs for long-term, contract-to-hire opportunities with an inpatient-hospice provider serving the Greater Jasper area. The role supports end-of-life care, with day and night shifts and a 36-hour work week.

Responsibilities include hospice admissions, symptom management, and coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, while documenting care and supporting families. Texas-based opportunities across Jasper and nearby communities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year RN experience preferred.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred but not required.
• Pass background and drug screen.

This role offers flexibility and meaningful work supporting patients and families during end-of-life care. Hiring multiple RNs for day, and night shift!

Key Responsibilities

• Complete hospice admissions, assessments, and reassessments
• Manage symptoms and implement individualized plans of care
• Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Complete documentation, discharges, and pronouncements as needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and compassionate bedside manner
• Reliable transportation; ability to pass background and drug screen

• Pay Range: $40.00 - $45.00
• Salary Range: $83,200 - $93,600
