Job summary

Elara Caring in Irving, Texas seeks a Registered Nurse Home Health to provide in-home nursing care across patient sites. You will perform assessments, deliver care per plan and orders, and educate families while maintaining HIPAA standards.

This role requires an active RN license and at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience, with Home Health preferred. Travel to patient homes is required; a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is essential.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
