Job summary

Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for Southwestern Regional Jail in Holden, WV. You will assess physical and mental health needs, administer medications, and guide treatment plans within a correctional setting.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted RN license in state of practice and 1-2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred).

You'll play a key role in supporting patient education, making timely referrals, and helping maintain safety and standards across the unit. Whether you're managing medications, mentoring staff, or responding to a crisis, your skills will make a real impact every day.

What You’ll Need
