Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Ohio to join a mission-driven healthcare system with 180+ years of history. The RN will provide direct care to adults in acute care and rehab settings, perform telemetry monitoring, and administer IV therapies.

Two shifts are available daily, with a flexible schedule option and sign-on bonus. Qualifications include an active Ohio RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and BLS either on hire or within 90 days.

• BLS (AHA) required or obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in acute care and rehab settings.
• Perform telemetry and cardiac monitoring.
• Administer IV medications, blood products, and pain management therapies.
• Conduct neurological assessments and patient/family education.
• Support mobility, transfers, wound care, and rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.
